Spring Juice Boost!

Liquefy fruit and veggies to consume all your daily required nutrients in one delicious glass.

In order to meet recommended daily requirements, we need to consume approximately one pound of raw fruit and vegetables for every 50 pounds of body weight to keep our internal pH levels balanced. By juicing our fruits and vegetables, we aid in pre-digestion which maximizes nutrient absorption and decreases stress on our immune system.

Complete Veggie Juice
High in potassium, which reduces execessive acidity in the stomach.

  • 3 Carrots
  • 2 Celery stalks
  • 4-6 Lettuce leaves (the greener the better)
  • Few stalks of fresh Coriander or Parsley.

Put all ingredients through your juicer leaving some carrots for last to ensure that all of the leafy vegetables go through completely.

Stress Buster (blender recipe)
Stawberries have a natural diuretic that is very calming to the liver. They also have vitamin C and salicylic acid, which helps to keep the kidneys and joints healthy.

  • 2 cups Strawberries (fresh, frozen or thawed)
  • 1 ripe Pear
  • 1 ripe Banana
  • Handful of fresh Mint leaves

Blend all ingredients on a high setting until smooth. During summer, add a couple of ice cubes for a refreshing twist.
